Psychologist in Murcia specializing in motherhood, fatherhood, family, and emotional health
Dra. Ana Regina Rodrigues

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, prenatal and postnatal educator, and educator who promotes life before birth. For more than two decades, I have been supporting individuals and families through key moments in their lives: the desire to become a mother or father, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, parenting, assisted reproduction, and emotional crises.
My approach is based on closeness, respect, and active listening, allowing each person to feel seen, understood, and supported. I emphasize the role and value of emotional bonds from the prenatal stage onward in the prevention and promotion of mental health, recognizing the capacity we all have for transformation.

I believe in a psychology that focuses on people and their circumstances, without judgment and with deep respect for individual processes. I work from an integrative approach, utilizing various therapeutic tools such as systemic family therapy, the humanistic model, developmental psychology, and emotional education, remaining open to incorporating other approaches and resources that enrich the therapeutic process.
My commitment is to support you from a safe place, where you can express yourself freely and find the support you need to move forward.
