Prenatal education in Murcia
Your emotions begin to form before you're born. Understanding them is transformative.

Prenatal education to live your pregnancy consciously and with support
You're pregnant... congratulations! You're experiencing a unique, intense, and transformative stage. During this very special time, having the right emotional and physical support can make a huge difference.
I am the Dra. Ana Regina Rodrigues , a perinatal psychologist and prenatal educator. Through the "Pregnancy is a Three-Party"® program, I offer you a safe, respectful, and mindful space where you can connect with yourself, your body, and your baby, from the very beginning of pregnancy.
A comprehensive approach to your well-being and that of your baby
Prenatal education isn't just about preparing for childbirth. It's much more than that. It's an opportunity to take care of your mental health, get to know your baby, bond emotionally with him or her, and share this journey with other mothers and fathers who are going through the same thing as you.
What do I offer you at prenatal visits?
- Yoga and body movement adapted to pregnancy.
- Relaxation and breathing techniques.

- You can start from the first weeks of pregnancy.
"Pregnancy is a three-person affair" ® : a program for you, your baby, and your partner
This program is born from experience and research on prenatal bonding, attachment, and emotional and psychological health. It is designed so that both you and your partner can build a deep, secure, and loving relationship with your baby from pregnancy onward. And thus, together, you can transition to motherhood and fatherhood.
Why is prenatal education important?
Scientific studies show that a couple's emotional well-being during pregnancy can directly influence the baby's development, the type of delivery, breastfeeding, parenting style, and the bond that develops from the womb. A supported, understood, and prepared couple reduces anxiety and increases trust.
In this space, we don't teach you how to be a mother or father; we help you discover your own way of experiencing motherhood or fatherhood, with autonomy, awareness, and love.
