Postnatal education to support you in the postpartum period

Has your baby arrived? Congratulations! A new and transformative stage is just beginning. The postpartum period brings with it intense emotions, unexpected challenges, and many questions. You are not alone. Here you will find a safe space to share, take care of your well-being, and connect with other mothers and fathers who are going through the same thing as you.

I am the Dra. Ana Regina Rodrigues As a perinatal psychologist and postnatal educator, I'll be with you on this new journey with 20 years of experience, so you can take care of your baby without neglecting yourself.

Emotional support in the postpartum period

Postnatal education is much more than learning how to care for your baby. It's also about learning how to care for yourself, giving yourself space to stop, breathe, rest, express how you feel, and feel supported in your first steps as a mother or father.

What do I do during postnatal sessions?

  • Gentle yoga and relaxation exercises for the body and mind.
  • Conversation circles to share experiences without judgment.
  • Infant massage practices and emotional bonding.
  • Reflection on the new role and emotional changes.
  • Spaces for self-care, stretching, and conscious rest.
  • Talks with your partner about new parenting roles.

Each meeting is designed to offer you resources that help you connect with yourself, understand what you are experiencing, and strengthen the bond with your baby through respect and presence.

How does the postnatal program work?

  • Biweekly in-person sessions in small groups.
  • Experiential dynamics adapted to the rhythm of each mother or father and baby.
  • Possibility of coming accompanied by your partner to specific meetings.
  • A friendly, undemanding space where you can be just as you are.

Taking care of yourself to take care of others: your well-being also matters

Often, after the birth of a baby, the focus is solely on the baby. But you, too, were born as a mother or father. Your body changes, your emotions transform, and your world reorganizes.

Here I help you navigate this new phase with confidence, calm, and support, knowing that you don't have to do it alone.

Postnatal support for couples

Your partner also needs to adapt to their new role. That's why we offer co-parenting sessions, where you can talk, understand each other better, and find ways to be present together during this delicate yet important stage.
